Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time night shift nurse to provide age-appropriate care to residents from 11pm to 7am, including weekends.

The role emphasizes accurate medication administration, safe treatment/procedure delivery, and maintaining detailed care plans with timely shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Requires license, registration and/or certification.

Responsibilities

• Incorporates age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of supervision.
• Communicates pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report.
• Accurately administers medications according to the five rights of medication administration and documentation of same.
• Accurately performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique.
• Accurately administers external feedings.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center through professional excellence.
• Completes resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods.
• Cooperates with reassignments made in the interest of resident care.
• Reports resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.
• Delegates resident care problems and possible solutions to the appropriate nursing management personnel.

New Rate Starting at $42/hr Up To $47/hr \"salary adjustment based on years of experience\" w/Diff Weekdays Eve $1 & Nights $5 & Weekends Days $1 Eve $2 Nights $8
