Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a full-time night shift nurse for a Brookline, MA facility. The role involves caring for residents with age-specific needs, performing routine tasks without supervision, and ensuring accurate medication administration and thorough handoffs at shift changes.

You will collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans, document interventions, and contribute to a safe, compassionate environment. A valid license or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Incorporates age-specific needs, provision of care, procedures, and treatments.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without supervision.
• Communicates pertinent resident information and plan of care before breaks, during transfer, and at shift report.
• Administers medications according to the five rights of medication administration and documentation.
• Performs treatments utilizing sterile or clean technique.
• Administers external feedings.
• Demonstrates Cambridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Center's mission, vision, and values through professional excellence.
• Completes resident care-related activities within scheduled shift time periods.
• Cooperates with reassignments for resident care.
• Reports resident care problems and possible solutions to nursing management.
• Delegates resident care problems and possible solutions to nursing management.

New Rate Starting at $42/hr Up To $47/hr \"salary adjustment based on years of experience\" w/Diff Weekdays Eve $1 & Nights $5 & Weekends Days $1 Eve $2 Nights $8
