Job summary

Lionstone Healthcare in Loveland, Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and participate in care planning for residents.

You will supervise STNAs, conduct daily rounds, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with physicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in this state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and procedures.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned STNAs to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing various medical procedures.




• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned STNAs, ensuring that they provide high-quality care to residents.

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.




• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.




• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.




• Supporting team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept.




• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
