Job summary

Ascension Living is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for its Resurrection Life Center in Chicago, IL. This full-time role covers day, evening, or overnight shifts in the Nursing department, delivering direct patient care to long-term residents with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

You will implement care plans, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and support safe discharge planning while complying with licensure requirements and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized care plans and document changes in condition.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1 Year of Long Term Care experience preferred
