Job summary

Hillcrest Manor Nursing Center in Oklahoma is seeking a Registered Nurse to follow physician orders, document medical histories, monitor patient changes, administer medications, and support basic wound care and other essential nursing tasks to maintain high-quality geriatric care.

The RN will communicate with residents’ families, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies while delivering compassionate, professional care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Understand and follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow Physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data to maintain quality of care
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Monitor/document patients’ change of condition, notify Physician and supervisor
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Provide monitoring/training of staff to maintain quality of care for ALL residents
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

What Does the RN Do?
