Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Job Title: Registered Land Surveyor

• Work Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with the manager in the interview

Relocation assistance or sign-on bonus available

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform land and/or construction surveying using conventional and GPS methods.
• Have project management experience.
• Participate in pre-survey planning meetings.
• Assist in all phases of facilities design, construction, repair, and modification projects, including research and record keeping.
• Coordinate with government clients on surveying and design requirements.
• Assist in civil site plan design, especially in drawing production using MicroStation CAD.
• May act as Party Chief for field survey crews.

Education/Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Georgia.
• Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in Land Surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Terramodel, Survey software, and CADD software.
• Knowledge of land surveying principles and practices in Georgia.
• Good general knowledge of land surveying and field practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

• Willingness to work outdoors and indoors, including physically strenuous tasks.
