Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at John J Kane Regional Center – Scott in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs of patients, design interventions, and support quality of life in line with patient goals.

You will educate staff and residents, follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and collaborate with dining and clinical teams. This full-time, onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination by the CDR or is eligible.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures in dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in development and review of quality improvement programs.
