Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at John J Kane Regional Center - Scott in Pittsburgh. You will assess patients' nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support quality of life in line with residents’ goals.

You will work with the healthcare team, follow dietetics standards, and contribute to dining service procedures, policies, and QA initiatives within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach nutrition and dietetics to others.

Responsabilités

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish procedures related to dining and nutrition.
• Support continuous quality improvement programs.
