Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role requires applying evidence-based nutrition care plans, documenting in the electronic medical record, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support resident health.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, competitive hourly pay of USD 36.00 to 46.00 per hour, and benefits such as telemedicine and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site, must have a valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and lab results.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care for health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
