Eligible candidates must be RD‑credentialed with current licensure, understand CMS nutrition guidance, and be willing to work flexible schedules across multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• Registered dietitian with current credential (RD) and license in good standing.
• Knowledge of state/nation CMS nutrition care regulations preferred.
• Must maintain professionalism and clear communication with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
