Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, and provide education to residents, families, and staff.
The role requires RD credentials and state licensure, with coverage across multiple buildings as needed. We offer flexible schedules Monday–Friday, with starting pay at $37.00/hour, and benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career
Qualifications
- RD credential required and active.
- State license in good standing required.
- Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Multi-site RD must have valid driver's license where applicable.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and trends.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and wellbeing.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
