Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess nutritional needs, document plans in the EMR, and develop individualized care plans while counseling residents and families.

This role supports CMS/state regulations and requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options, competitive hourly pay between $32.00 and $40.00, and

Qualifications

• RD must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Must hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents/patients clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and results.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
