Job summary

Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. The role supports residents’ health through diet plans, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements include CDR RD registration and state licensure, with flexible 24-hour weekly schedules and a starting pay of $32 per hour plus potential increases based on experience. A $2,500 retention bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• RD registration with CDR is required.
• State license or certification in good standing is required.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies must be complied with.
• Driver's license may be required for multi-site roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
