Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role requires an RD and licensure in good standing, with responsibilities spanning nutrition assessment, care planning, and education for residents, families, and staff.
You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes while adhering to regulations.
Qualificações
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- RD-eligible/licensure accepted in certain locations.
Responsabilidades
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition plans based on clinical data and weight trends.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
