Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents’ nutrition needs, develop care plans, and provide counseling, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

The position offers a starting pay rate of $30.00 per hour, with increases based on experience, and a $2,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing.
• Knowledge of state survey process and regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, staff and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• RD-Eligible with provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• If multi-site, must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS and state regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed by the company.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
