Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, counsel patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

This on-site role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexible hours, an hourly rate of $32.00–$40.00 and a $1,500 retention bonus, along with benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career development

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/license in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with staff and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by regulations.
• If multi-site RD, must have a valid driver's license.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
