Job summary
Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and provide education to residents, families, and staff.
The role requires state licensure, active RD credential, and strong organizational skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible options, and relocation or travel needs vary by site. HCSG offers competitive benefits and a retention bonus.
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Holds a state license in good standing.
- RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Complies with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
