Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

This position requires RD licensure, strong organizational and communication skills, and compliance with regulations. Flexible Monday–Friday schedules, with coverage across multiple buildings as needed; benefits include

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure in good standing in the practice state.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EHR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide multi-building coverage as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
