Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess needs, create care plans, educate residents and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

We offer flexible schedules, daily pay options, and a retention bonus of $1,500. This role requires licensure and compliance with state rules; travel across buildings may be needed.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• RD-eligible or provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
