Job summary

Elior North America's Cura-Hospitality brand is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Pittsburgh. You will assess nutritional needs, develop interventions, and support residents to improve quality of life aligned with goals.

You will follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while supporting dining services for residents.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Passed a national examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Must-have: Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years (CDR portfolio).
• Must-have: Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Must-have: Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Must-have: Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
• Actively participate in development and review of continuous quality improvement programs.
