Elior North America is hiring a Registered Dietitian for our Cura-Hospitality unit at the John J Kane Regional Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on assessing nutritional needs, implementing interventions, and improving residents’ quality of life in a hospital/long-term care setting.

Candidate will educate patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and adhere to regulatory standards while contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with CDR certification or eligible.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years, per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Aufgaben

• Providing nutritional expertise to the health care team and educating patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Following the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interacting with other departments in setting up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participating in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
