Job summary

Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in New Brighton, MN. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and work to maintain patients’ nutritional status in line with their goals.

The role is full-time, onsite, with hourly pay. You will follow established standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while educating staff, patients, and families about nutrition.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination administered by the CDR or eligible under its requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years as per CDR guidelines.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to educate others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents.
• Adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with departments to develop dining and nutrition procedures and policies.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement programs.
