Cura Hospitality is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in New Brighton. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support residents’ wellbeing in alignment with their goals. This is a full-time onsite role with hourly pay.

You will provide expertise to the care team, adhere to standards, collaborate across departments, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. A strong foundation in dietetics and patient education is essential.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination administered by the CDR or meets Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics eligibility requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach nutrition and dietetics to others.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures affecting dining and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
