Job summary

Cura is seeking an experienced registered dietitian to join our healthcare team in the New Brighton, MN area. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions to optimize status, and enhance quality of life in line with patient goals. This is a non-exempt, hourly role.

Responsibilities include educating the care team, adhering to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and collaborating across departments to improve dining services and nutrition policies.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or certified per state requirements.
• CDR national examination completed or eligible.
• 75 hours of continuing education every five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients, staff, or consultants.
• Follow standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements in nutrition care.
• Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating quality improvement in dining service and nutrition.
