Opco-Skilled-Management- in Missouri is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Support role focused on residents' nutrition and food preferences. You will interview residents, collect preferences, and update tray card data.
The position involves coordinating with a licensed dietician, ensuring basic diet knowledge, and maintaining food safety standards. A high school diploma and food handler's permit are required, with DTR preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
Basic Computer skills
Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
Diet Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.
Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
