Job summary

Outfield-Healthcare-Partners is seeking a Full-Time Dietary Aide to support meal planning and resident nutrition in our facility. You will interview residents to capture food preferences and complete the Resident Food Profile, updating tray card data accordingly.

The role requires a High School Diploma and Food Handler’s Permit, plus the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong organization, basic diet and food-safety knowledge, and basic computer skills are expected; DTR

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
• Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
• Diet Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
