Outfield-Healthcare-Partners in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated dietary support aide (full-time) to interview residents, collect food preferences, and maintain accurate Resident Food Profiles.

You will collaborate with a licensed dietician, update tray-card data, and refer residents with nutritional issues to a dietician, contributing to safe, individualized meal plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
• Diet Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
