Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality care. You will perform patient care, office, and laboratory tasks, maintaining a sterile environment and assisting with procedures.

Responsibilities include taking x-rays, educating patients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Excellent chair-side skills and strong patient communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required plus state-m mandated training.
• Certifications/licenses/registrations as required by state.
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate from an accredited college or tech school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment.
• Engage in the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, cheerful environment and prepare patients for treatment.
• Take x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
