Job summary

At Steady Strides ABA, we provide high-quality care for children with ASD. We are seeking an RBT to implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision and participate in supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings.

The role offers a part-time schedule of Tue–Thu 2:20 PM – 5:20 PM, compensation of $21–$29 per hour based on experience, and a new-hire bonus after 4 weeks. Eligibility requires RBT Certification, at least 8 months ABA therapy experience, a high school diploma, and strong

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
