Steady Strides ABA in Texas is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for evening hours. The role involves implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision, data collection, and positive engagement with clients and families.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
