Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Pasadena, TX is seeking a part-time RBT to support children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans, attend supervision, collect data using our electronic system, and engage positively with clients and families.

The ideal candidate holds RBT certification, has at least 8 months ABA therapy experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and ongoing training.

Position Details

• Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 2:20 PM – 5:20 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
