Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will attend supervision sessions, collect data, and engage positively with clients and their families in a supportive team environment.

The role offers after-school hours (3:00 PM–6:00 PM) with competitive pay and opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth. A valid RBT Certification and ABA experience are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Job description

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
