Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to support autism therapy services in our Stafford, TX clinic. Work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–1:00 PM with a pay rate of $21–$29 per hour, depending on experience.

Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks, paid with the first paycheck following that milestone. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, data collection in our electronic system, and positive engagement with clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system.
