Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in San Angelo, TX is seeking a dedicated RBT for a part-time evening position. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–7:30 PM, in a supportive clinical setting.

The role offers $25–$30 per hour, based on experience, with a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment. Eligible team members will receive the bonus with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (Required).
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
