Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage positively with clients and their families.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21-$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
