Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Houston to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and to collect accurate data using our electronic system. The role requires at least 8 months of ABA therapy experience and an RBT certification.

Job description

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Employment Type: Part-Time

• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

• Eligibility requires:

  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

  • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested
