Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking an RBT to support children with ASD in a part-time role after school hours. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage with families to reinforce progress.

The position offers flexible hours (4:00 PM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday with weekends), a $21–$29 hourly base pay based on experience, and a first-weekend-per-month bonus structure that rewards consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
