Blue Jay ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking) to join our Monroe, NC team. This part-time role focuses on delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include one-on-one sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and the supervising BCBA to support learning and behavior goals. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record client progress data with electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
