Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking) for in-home ABA therapy in Indian Trail, NC. This part-time role involves one-on-one sessions with children with ASD under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with ASD and ABA is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review progress.
• Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
