Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. The role offers a part-time schedule, hands-on client work, and close supervision by a BCBA to deliver evidence-based supports to children with ASD.

You will collect data, collaborate with families, develop teaching materials, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism while assisting clients with progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
