Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Greensboro, North Carolina, to provide in-home ABA therapy under supervision. The role is part-time and involves hands-on work with children with ASD, collecting data, and collaborating with families and BCBAs.

Work includes one-on-one sessions, data tracking, and developing teaching materials, with a focus on confidential, professional practice and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress, strong interest in pediatric ABA.
• Training under supervision of a BCBA to implement plans.
• In-home ABA therapy with families and children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review client progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
