Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Winston-Salem, NC to join our in-home ABA therapy team. This part-time role supports BCBA supervision and delivers individualized interventions to children with autism.

You will collect data, communicate with families, and help implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans in a compassionate, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
