Blue Jay ABA in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician who is Spanish-speaking to join our in-home ABA therapy team. This part-time role supports children with ASD and works under a BCBA supervision to deliver evidence-based interventions.

You will collect data, implement plans, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with families while developing teaching materials. We offer flexible scheduling, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking required or preferred.
• Experience delivering one-on-one behavior therapy for children with ASD desired.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor client progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
