Blue Jay ABA in Lumberton, North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to join our in-home ABA team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on children with ASD.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, provide one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to support skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
