Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who speaks Spanish to join our in-home ABA team. This part-time position offers meaningful work supporting children with ASD and their families alongside a dedicated BCBA supervisor.

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans. Training, inclusivity, and professional growth are emphasized in our supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
