Blue Jay ABA in Matthews, NC is seeking a compassionate part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive ABA team.

The RBT implements behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, delivers one-on-one sessions for children with ASD, and consistently collects progress data using electronic tools while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
