Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time, in-home ABA therapy role in Cedar Grove, NC. The position involves direct therapy with individuals with ASD, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to support client progress.

You will engage families, develop teaching materials, and participate in ongoing training to grow in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in interactions.
• Collaborative work with BCBA and families to support child progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
