Job summary

Blue Jay ABA is seeking an empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD in a compassionate, team-driven setting in Gastonia, NC. This part-time role offers meaningful, hands-on ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with opportunities to grow skills and impact lives through individualized plans and data-driven practice.

You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families to review outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
