Blue Jay ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Gastonia, North Carolina. This part-time position supports children with autism and works under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) in home setting preferred.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Communicate with parents to review client progress.
• Develop teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
