ABA A Step At A Time Care in Staten Island, NY is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinician-led team. Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-community under BCBA guidance, with a focus on outcomes and client success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour
• Part-Time: Tueday, Thursday & Friday - 3:30 to 6:30 PM and Saturday & Sunday - 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Location: Staten Island, New York

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
